We had a wonderful stay, especially because the location was perfect for our family. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choices. My girls really loved the cozy atmosphere and enjoyed the nearby attractions like the canals and parks.
In my wife’s opinion, having a lift would make it easier for our little ones to navigate the steep staircase.

I truly appreciated the hotel's modern, clean decor and the welcoming staff. The location is excellent, just a short stroll from central attractions, making it very accessible for seniors like myself. The elevator is a great feature too.
Lack of air conditioning could be improved.

Just a proper fit for a brief weekend stay in Amsterdam with good value for cost. The beds are super comfy, and you can grab extra pillows from the cupboard. Tip, Check out the Mexican restaurant across the road for a discount on food.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the Anne Frank House and the Van Gogh Museum, both easily accessible from the hotel. The location is spot on, and the breakfast selection was impressive. Comfortable beds and a safe in the room added to the experience. Just a heads-up, it might get a bit noisy outside, but we didn't mind it at all.
We faced a minor inconvenience when the electricity went out one night. It delayed our ability to charge our phones, which was a little annoying, but the staff helped resolve the issue swiftly the next morning.

Bounced into Amsterdam and stumbled upon some delightful spots! Grabbed a pastry from Rene's Croissanterie and the warmth of fresh-baked bread is unforgettable. Plus, who could forget that breakfast spread? It felt like a feast with fresh breads, cold meats, and eggs all around—a real treat! Just what I needed after a fun night in the city.
But, oh boy, the heat hit hard! My room was like an oven without AC, just a wee fan trying its best. Thankfully, they're rolling out AC installations soon, so fingers crossed you'll fare better if you visit.

Centrally located, just a stone's throw from key attractions. The shower packs a punch, delivering top-notch water pressure for a refreshing experience after a day of exploring.
Rooms are on the smaller side, which may get cramped if you're traveling with a lot of gear or looking for spacious stomping grounds. The steep stairs leading up to the reception are not for the faint of heart. you could feel like you're training for an endurance contest if your room's up high. Lack of air conditioning made for some uncomfortable nights, especially with the window open to the street noise. Also didn't sit right when guests strolled around in their pajamas, leading to a few awkward encounters.

Comfortable Stay with Great Staff
Our family enjoyed two nights here, appreciating the modern bathroom and comfortable beds. The friendly staff went above and beyond, even fetching soya milk when requested. Breakfast offered delicious options, and we relished the pasta and pizza from the restaurant. Proximity to Dam Square was a plus!

I appreciated the location that made it easy to explore most attractions. The breakfast was standard but good, with decent coffee and juice. The staff provided friendly service and were helpful when I needed assistance, which I found valuable during my stay.
The room felt cramped, with minimal space to put my belongings. The decor seemed outdated, reflecting a lack of maintenance that could use improvement.

Awesome central location!
We stayed for 2 nights in a triple room and loved the spot. Right in the heart of the city, we could walk everywhere! The breakfast was decent too, with a nice variety. Although the room felt a bit cramped for three people, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Just a heads up—the noise from the hallways can be a bit distracting.

The location is fantastic, just minutes from major attractions and shops. The ensuite bathroom was modern and well-kept, with a comfortable bed for restful nights. However, the entrance was a bit inconvenient with stairs, and the room itself felt cramped with an awkward view. The breakfast was decent, though nothing extraordinary.

Perfect location and friendly staff
I stayed for 1 night and appreciated the central location, just a short walk to major attractions like Dam Square. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my check-in process smooth. While the shower could use an update, the room was clean and functional. It would be great if cleanliness could be more consistent throughout all areas of the hotel.
